Thank you for shopping with us. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or holidays.


3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted shipping carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection depends on location and shipping method selected at checkout.


4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be active within 24 hours.


5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States, including:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Delivery times may vary for military addresses.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.


7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
